SUMMARY 

The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for the United States Army Auditing Agency (USAAA) contract. Manages contract requirements, deliverables, maintaining strong lines of communications with staff, government personnel and CNI corporate leadership on the overall status of the USAAA program  

As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.    

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS  

Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.  

PMP certificate required.

Any of the following certifications: CompTIA Security+, GSEC, SSCP, CND, or CCNA-Security. 

Must meet TIER II/ IT II/IAT II level of training and certification. 

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the followingOther duties may be assigned. 

 

Manages personnel to perform in accordance with the tasks outlined in the PWS and ensures quality and timely deliverables are provided.  

 

This includes ensuring appropriate personnel are available to support all task requirements and leave s schedules are forecasted accordingly to prevent any disruption in service and major deployment schedules.  

 

Any disruption in service or performance shall be brought to the contractor’s attention immediately by the COR in writing. 

 

Responsible for the monthly status report, which will include Personnel. 

 

Responsible for managing and maintaining the quality control plan. 

 

Serves as the technical management point of contact for weekly operational issues and is responsible for ensuring resources are provided that are capable of performing the administrative, technical and support functions commensurate with the contract staffing levels. Examples: include, but not limited to, information dissemination to staff members, preparation and delivery of monthly progress reports, data entry, government provided property accountability, contracted employee work schedules, phone rosters, briefing preparations, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, responses to data calls, and like activities. 

 

Responsible for weekly coordination and completion of assigned IT project activities, tasks, and customer care in coordination with the GTM/COR. This includes support in scheduling and tracking service/change requests; conducting risk analysis; assessing potential costs; identifying variances; tracking change management; conducting technical
