The Opportunity at Culture Amp:
As the Senior Global Campaign Manager you will orchestrate and execute marketing programs to generate new business and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams. You’ll contribute to the global Demand Generation team’s quarterly pipeline targets while working with Brand, Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales to execute strategic campaigns targeted at our ICP.
As a critical member of the global demand generation team, you will be responsible for orchestrating our global campaigns strategy, coordinating with key partners to execute successful programs and drive pipeline generation. You’ll define the “buyer journey,” and craft full-funnel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.
As one of the members of our Marketing Team, you will:
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and orchestrate demand generation campaign strategies across the full-funnel, in coordination with Brand, Regional, Product marketing, and Sales teams.
- Project manage the execution of campaigns and programs with all stakeholders, managing the overall calendar of global demand gen campaigns, from targeted ABM motions to broader evergreen programs.
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement integrated campaigns across diverse tactics and channels fueled by data-driven insight. Strategize and partner with channel owners to execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, website/landing page optimization, paid media, webinars, organic social, sales enablement and more.
- Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments based on the buyer journey.
- Build a strong understanding of our target audience, their pain points and the user journey. Leverage these insights to craft campaigns resonating with our ICP.
- Define campaign milestones, objectives, and performance metrics, and communicate campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, from peers to executive leadership.
What You Bring to Our Camp:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience building and executing successful marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue targets.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and ideally 3+ years in a demand generation campaigns role capacity in SaaS/B2B technology.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build rapport with cross-functional teams from marketing functions such as brand, design, content, regional, field, product marketing to sales functions, revenue operations.
- Ability to work both independently and to partner with peers and teams across multiple geographies.
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing activity and application of the buyer journey to marketing campaigns
- Experience in campaign reporting and leveraging insights from analytics tools to improve campaign performance.
- Hands-on experience with project management, and martech tools (ex. Salesforce, Looker, Hubspot, Asana)
- Comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication skills.
