We are expanding our business by offering revolutionary energy systems to residential customers including ESS, MLPE (power optimizers, micro-inverters), EV charging solutions, and Smart IoT with world-class software solutions.The account manager will be responsible for managing internal finance processes, assisting senior leadership with our financial strategy, and aligning the policies and procedures of Q CELLS’ System Business Division in San Francisco including GELI, a renowned renewable energy Software Company, Q CELLS had acquired.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparation of journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Manage internal payroll processing and semi-monthly reconciliation and reporting
- Manage all monthly closing including accrual and capital asset schedules
- Perform a weekly bank reconciliation
- Responsible for reclassing all expenses to a correct cost center on a daily basis
- Issue purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
- Assist with internal/external audit requests and ensure audit requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Assist Controller with Sales and Use tax return, Property tax return, Excise tax return for multiple states
- Assist Controller with all statutory filing requirements
- Assist Controller with a quarterly and yearly audit PBC preparation
- Assist Controller with quarterly and yearly tax PBC preparation
- Ensure compliance with both financial regulations and statutory law, including state and local sales tax accounting
- Assist with migration and integration of financial systems platforms and applications
- Provide general administrative support including procurement support services
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team as an Executive Assistant
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer or Controller
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- Minimum of 10 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong understanding of economic and banking processes
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance regulations and reporting preferred
- Bi-lingual Korean/English preferred
- CPA preferred
