Position Title: Client Service Manager (Offsite)

Location: New York City offsite space (142 W. 36th St, NY, NY 10018)

Job Summary:

As a Client Service Manager (Offsite), you will be instrumental in supervising the day-to-day activities of our satellite facility in NY. Your duties encompass the leadership of a team of Front Desk Associates, guaranteeing the fulfillment of client requirements, maintaining workflow efficiency, and overseeing overall office operations. 

Note: The client project is anticipated to start in March with our goal of having this person in seat, and trained, before that timeframe.  The project is currently scheduled to last three months with possible extensions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

·        Scheduling, supervising, and supporting a team of Front Desk Associates.

·        Maintain regular communication with building management and support services to ensure seamless facility operations.

·        Oversee client projects with a primary emphasis on meeting and surpassing client expectations.

·        Ensure participant confirmations are completed.

·        Support and properly direct participants inquiries.

·        Oversee and be the point of escalation for positive and professional interactions with participants and clients.

·        Oversee and reconcile participant tracking and payments.

·        Compile and send reports to relevant stakeholders.

·        Facilitate communication and provide updates to Project Managers and offsite clients during shifts.

·        Responsible for ordering office supplies as needed and maintaining overall office space.

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Some College or equivalent.

Experience: 2-3 years of hospitality and management experience.

Computer Skills: Strong technical computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
