We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mobile Healthcare Auditor to join our team and support our healthcare auditing services within the state correctional facilities in Illinois.


Job Description:


As a Mobile Healthcare Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of healthcare processes and patient care within multiple state correctional facilities in Illinois. You will work closely with our healthcare auditing team and clients to assess compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Auditing Healthcare Processes: Conduct thorough audits of healthcare processes within state correctional facilities to assess compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Patient Care Assessment: Evaluate the quality of patient care, including medical, dental, and mental health services, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant state and federal healthcare regulations and ensure that facilities are in compliance.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to healthcare processes and patient outcomes to provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans for facility management and clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with facility staff, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to implement improvements and ensure compliance.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to facility staff on healthcare regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, especially in correctional healthcare settings.
  • Previous experience in healthcare auditing or quality improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple correctional facilities within Illinois.
