Sr. DevOps Engineer

Title – Senior DevOps Engineer

Professional Responsibilities:

• Design, and Implement secure, resilient, and cost-efficient architecture for our cloud-native platform service
• Build and maintain a cloud-native platform Infrastructure following the "infrastructure as code" principal.
• Maintain and optimize the application layer of a multi-DC environment.
• Lead POC and tech selection processes from idea to implementation
• Deliver solutions, architectures, and automation for Sapiens Applications
• Conduct research to bring innovative solutions to a complex environment to improve processes and tech stack
• Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Application and infrastructure logging and monitoring solutions

 

Job Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Windows / Linux - At least 5-7 years of experience administering Linux servers.
• -Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, tuning and debugging applications on .
• Extensive experience with designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions like GitHub / ArgoCD, DevOps is a plus
• Cloud -Hands-on experience in working on public Cloud , AWS
• Code - Vast scripting experience in PowerShell, Python and Bash
• Applications - Vast experience in working with Java web applications.
• IaC - At least 2-year experience with at least one automation tool - Ansible\Terraform
• Security – knowledge with web security aspects as WAF, certificates, OS hardening, security policies, VPNs – Advantage.
• Monitoring - Good understanding of monitoring stack – ELK/Grafana/Prometheus/DataDog/ Monitoring.
• Experience with a live production environment -
