Manager – Products & Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong program management, delivery management, and process governance skills. The ideal candidate will lead multi-track projects, ensure seamless planning and execution, and drive compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role demands excellent decision-making abilities, strong functional understanding, and superior communication skills to manage stakeholders and critical situations effectively.

• Project Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans across multiple tracks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Program & Delivery Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex programs.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Process & Compliance Management:
  • Implement and monitor Agile processes and frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage critical situations with sound judgment and timely decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication:
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively in written and verbal communication.
• Functional Understanding:
  • Possess strong domain knowledge to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.
  • Support solution design and validate functional requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree obtained
• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, and Delivery Management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process governance.
• Understanding of functional domains relevant to the projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tracks and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional articulation and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Leadership and team management.

Estimated annual salary, $110,000 - $120,000
