In-Store Business Assistant (m/f/x)

<p>Job Location</p>Madrid<p></p><p>Job Description</p><p>We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team in the role of In-Store Position at P&amp;G. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our in-store presence and driving sales growth of our brands.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute effective in-store strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with agencies and negotiate optimal and innovative materials of point of sales.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and merchandising standards.</p></li><li><p>Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of in-store initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Provide insights and recommendations to improve the execution in store.</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or in-store marketing.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Power Bi</p></li><li><p>Spanish as Native and English B2 or plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p>At P&amp;G, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.
