What You Will Be Doing

The identifeye HEALTH Internship Program provides an opportunity for students and early career professionals to gain valuable industry experience, allowing them to develop technical skills, hone professional etiquette, learn from industry leaders, identify potential career paths and apply their academic knowledge.

Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to the exciting work happening within identifeye, build long lasting professional relationships with our team and most importantly - have fun!

As a People Ops/HR Intern, you will partner closely with the identifeye HEALTH People Operations team to support our organization as we execute on our mission to democratize healthcare. You will have the opportunity to make a true impact on critical projects within identifeye, while expanding your knowledge and developing the skills necessary to be a successful HR professional. The People Ops/HR Intern will work cross functionally with industry leaders to learn more about how the People Operations function supports team members in being their best and contributing their best work. 

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Support and drive strategic People Ops initiatives related to organizational development, compliance and talent management
  • Conduct research and data analysis to evaluate identifeye’s HR vendors - assessing cost, business need, performance and ROI. Benchmark current vendors against competing services. 
  • Drive enhancement of identifeye’s onboarding and orientation programs 
  • Draft, update and organize HR documentation including but not limited to; job descriptions, company policies, agreements and other compliance documents
  • Support identifeye’s initiatives related to team member engagement and learning and development 
  • Provide support for day-to-day HR activities

Internship roles are temporary, and will run for approximately 12 weeks. This role is based around a full-time schedule of 40 hours/week. Start and end dates can be flexible. 

What We Are Looking For

Baseline Skills, Experiences, & Attributes:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Passionate about exploring a career within Human Resources
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a people-first mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work experience or internships within a Human Resources function
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
