About the Practice
Our highly successful and long-established sedation and general dental practice in Northern California is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in a thriving practice. The Office Manager will serve as a key leader in the practice, ensuring operational excellence, fostering a collaborative team environment, and enabling our team to focus on high-quality clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Supervise and support the administrative and clinical teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Drive Practice Growth: Utilize internal marketing strategies and sales acumen to identify opportunities for practice growth, attract new patients, and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute initiatives that enhance patient engagement and satisfaction while effectively closing treatment plans.
- Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling and patient flow and practice productivity to maintain and exceed high production standards.
- Financial Coordination: Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting to ensure the practice’s financial health.
- Patient Experience: Uphold the highest customer service standards, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
- Team Development: Demonstrate strong leadership by mentoring and managing a large team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a positive, motivated work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Dr. Buzza on practice goals and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dental office management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a dynamic team.<
