THE JOB:

As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you will be an essential member of our customer-focused team, welcoming guests to the property. Your attentive approach to customer needs will create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Join us in delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall guest experience!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests upon arrival, open doors as appropriate and assist arriving guests with inquiries and assist them with transportation needs

• Assist employees within the Bell stand and Valet department.

• Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints.

• Obtain and maintain knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Six months of customer service experience

• Experience working in a large, luxury resort setting

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$15.35

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
