Internship Description:We're seeking a dynamic marketing intern to join our high-energy events team on a part-time basis. Dive into the fast-paced world of software events, assisting in the execution of over 90 events annually. We're looking for a hands-on individual located in the Washington DC Metropolitan area who is eager to gain valuable experience in event management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating logistics for both domestic and international events. This includes handling conference materials, managing shipments, and more.
• Project Management: Join our collaborative team proficient in Asana and Slack. Learn to navigate Asana and contribute to event management tasks within our project management platform. Utilize these tools to effectively communicate with representatives and stakeholders. 
• Sales Management: Gain firsthand experience by attending events and aiding in lead collection and management. Additionally, support in scheduling representatives at booths and managing booth schedules.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Senior/Junior level at an accredited college or university
• Ability to travel both domestically as needed
• Ability to work 20 hours a week
