<p><span>We are a product company developing a multi-national debt collection platform using Ruby on Rails, VueJS, running on AWS. Our company has experienced significant growth and we are continuously improving our infrastructure, processes, and policies to form a reliable foundation for further growth.</span><span><br/></span></p><p><span>To further develop our innovative product, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Courts Team. You will be in charge of the management of our digital product of court communication, including in court and after court process, across multiple European countries. You will collaborate closely with the Collection Team, Country Heads, Finance Squad and Workflow Managers.</span></p><p><span>Become a part of our strong and international team that is transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and a drive for excellence.</span></p>
<h3>What you can do with us:</h3>
<ul><li>work within a cross-functional team consisting of 3-6 developers, a lead developer, and a dedicated QA engineer</li><li>develop product ideas, new features, and improvements together with internal stakeholders such as our Legal Collection, Operations, and Business Development departments, Heads of offices in Vienna, Zurich, and Amsterdam, peer product managers, and the dedicated Lead Developer</li><li>coordinate resources and create and manage project timelines to ensure that requirements are well-understood, development is done as expected, and high-quality delivery is assured</li><li>oversee feature specification, implementation, testing, and release processes</li><li>establish third party integrations</li><li>coordinate resources, create and manage project timelines to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery</li><li>design and implement technologies and processes for core courts squad topics</li><li>business analysis: continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the core services, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, drive product optimizations, and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.</li><li>write documentation and collaborate closely with peer product managers, tech, and QA teams to share knowledge and facilitate cross-learning processes</li></ul>
<h3>What you should bring for it:</h3>
<ul><li>significant working experience in Product Management, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment in Fintech, Insurtech, Legaltech, AdTech, or software development</li><li>ability to understand and clarify business requirements, convert them into clear specifications and acceptance criteria</li><li>experience in expectations management of business owners and other stakeholders </li><li>solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies such as Scrum, FDD, Kanban, and requirement gathering techniques (use cases, user stories, features, and scenarios)</li><li>strong understanding of tech is a plus:<ul><li>knowledge or experience working with any databases, SQL, ER-models</li><li>familiarity with cloud technologies</li><li>knowledge of any programming language, ability to at least partially understand/read code and communicate with developers in technical language</li><li>experience with APIs, JSON, XML data formats</li><li>experience in working with and/or configuring complex middleware</li><li>experience with Linux servers and/or console</li><li>experience in UI/UX</li></ul></li><li>process and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to break down complex projects into actionable tasks </li><li>experience working on integrations with government systems (ex: SCHUFA) is a big plus </li><li>excellent communication skills in <strong>German</strong> and <strong>English</strong>, including ability to read and understand German legal documentation</li></ul>
