Job Description

The Team Manager is responsibility for having complete oversight of the employees on their shift. The Team Manager supports Senior Team Managers by running reports, managing projects and helping to ensure operational excellence on their assigned shift at all times.

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, coach, motivate and build team spirit
Present new ideas and policies to prospective teams
Work within your own team/s to produce the required results and to meet Company targets
Analyze employee data and performance
Manage employee expectation and eventual requests
Establish and maintain cross departmental cooperation
Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)
Handle disciplinary cases
Manage projects and deadlines set by your direct managers
Propose initiatives and ideas that will benefit the department
Manage ad-hoc situations which may occur on shift in an appropriate manner
Routine floor walks within the studio
Manage, motivate, and improve the performance of an assigned team

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements and Competences

Technically proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office
3 months in either a GP or Shuffler or floor supervisor role preferred but not required
The ability to work flexible hours
Managerial courage to lead and hold others accountable
Prompt and organized
Travel may be required

Working Conditions

This position requires one to have the ability to perform functions related to dealers and shufflers. Must be able to sit or stand for long durations of time. Must be able to work with a laptop, computer, or other modules to perform administrative duties. Must be able work any shift and be flexible to work any schedule on short notice.
