The HR Recruitment and Development Specialist supports and coordinates the implementation of the Company’s Recruitment and Learning & Development functions, under the supervision of the HR Development Section Manager, contributing to the placement of the right people to the right positions according to the Company’s annual hiring plan and the development of employees' necessary capabilities to respond and excel to the demands of the business environment.

What you will do:

• Contribute to all stages pertaining to the Recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers, monitoring of recruitment agencies) including the recruitment administration
• Explore new recruitment channels and give recommendations to the HR Development Section Manager
• Coordinate and run the learning function of the Company, based on the strategic priorities of the Company, Performance Appraisal recommendations, development plans and emerging business requirements.
• Participate and contribute to the design of customized learning programs in terms of their content, structure and learning methods in the context of the Company’s learning program and learning requests from the business
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of  the Talent Management process and provide consultation to the business where necessary
• Support the annual process of Performance Management (reviews, appraisals, KPIs etc.) and have an advisory role in performance management process related issues
• Administer the formulation and maintenance of Job Descriptions for all organizational positions, prior to the selection process
• Setting-up and maintaining HR-related KPIs and reporting to improve business insight ensuring accuracy of information that is provided to Management in HR Recruitment & Development areas
• Provide support in the implementation of any HR related initiatives and projects
• Support employees on queries about HR Recruitment & Development related issues

What you will need in order to succeed:

• A BSc in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
• A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
• 2-4 years of solid working experience in a similar position within an organized Human Resources department, preferably in a multinational setting
• Organizational awareness and confidential handling of all H.R. related information
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of software skills, specifically in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pro-active, hands-on attitude
• Very good time management and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills
• Attention to detail
