Position Summary
The Regional Director of Human Resources will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple senior living communities. This role ensures consistent execution of HR policies, compliance with employment laws, and alignment with our mission, culture, and business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with deep HR knowledge, particularly in the healthcare or senior living industries.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to Executive Directors and Regional Leadership.

Guide recruitment, retention, and workforce planning efforts to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management across communities.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Lead HR training initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and compliance programs.

Monitor HR metrics and labor trends to advise on organizational improvements.

Assist with benefits administration, compensation analysis, and HR policy updates.

Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams on employee issues and investigations.

Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, etc.)- preferred

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional role.

Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
