Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract potential talents to meet SD Guthrie Head Office’s hiring needs through various channels such as LinkedIn, job platforms, and career fairs.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate application process, including screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating onboarding processes for new employees.
• Provide support to annual recruitment efforts for the Protégé Programme.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the team and Head, HR Head Office.
• Prepare monthly updates on recruitment efforts and other HR operational initiatives for the Head Office.

Process Improvement

• Assist in enhancing HR-related processes and initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in HR practices, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Employer Branding Support

• Support Group Talent Acquisition initiatives and represent SD Guthrie as a brand ambassador, both internally and externally.
• Participate in employer branding activities to enhance the company’s visibility in the talent market where needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle competing demands.
• Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and preparing reports.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and openness to change.
