Position Summary:  

Sr. Manufacturing Manager: Reporting to the site General Manager, the Sr. Manufacturing Manager is responsible for development and implementation of strategy, growth, and profitability targets for PSG Hydro facilities. The Sr. Manufacturing Manager will have direct ownership for established safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and lean objectives. Additional areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the oversight of:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage business to achieve/exceed agreed-upon growth, revenue, and operating income objectives.  Ensure products meet operations’ profitability goals.

• Establish strategic direction, performance metrics, standards, and measurements for direct reports and the operation as a whole. 

• Responsible for the supervision of department employees including the overall direction, mentoring and training of the team.
