About The Role:

We're seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This global leadership role will be pivotal in driving the successful execution of our strategic product roadmap, optimizing our entire product development lifecycle, and ensuring operational excellence across all Ziff Davis Shopping brands. You'll act as a central hub, bridging the gap between product, engineering, and senior business stakeholders, including directly managing one Program Manager.This role calls for a highly organized and strategic leader ready to orchestrate the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring efficient delivery and operational excellence at scale. You'll be the linchpin connecting strategic product vision with execution, driving continuous improvement across the entire product journey, from concept to customer, and nurturing a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Roadmap Ownership & Program Leadership: Own the planning, execution, and delivery of highly complex, cross-functional product initiatives and programs, ensuring deep alignment with overall business objectives and long-term strategic timelines. This includes providing expert-level program management guidance and mentorship to your direct report.
Executive Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Alignment: Proactively manage and strategically communicate program and project status, critical risks, and complex dependencies to all senior stakeholders, including executive leadership. You'll drive decision-making and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
Advanced Resource Planning & Optimization: Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to ensure optimal resource allocation and sophisticated capacity planning for ongoing and upcoming strategic initiatives, ensuring the right talent is deployed effectively to meet ambitious delivery goals.
Enterprise Tooling & System Ownership: Identify, implement, and manage essential enterprise-level program management tools and systems to streamline workflows and enhance organizational efficiency across multiple teams.
Continuous Process Innovation & Operational Excellence: Continuously evaluate, innovate, and improve program management processes and product development workflows across the organization, proactively identifying and resolving systemic operational bottlenecks and driving large-scale efficiencies.
Strategic Reporting & Knowledge Leadership: Develop and maintain comprehensive program and project dashboards, executive-level reports, and strategic product documentation, providing clear, actionable visibility into progress, performance, and organizational best practices.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a Program Manager, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive experience in program management within a large-scale technology or product-centric organization.
2+ years of leadership experience with a focus on optimizing complex product development processes.
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple complex, cross-functional, and high-impact programs on time, within budget, and to strategic objectives.
Deep expertise in various product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) with a strong understanding of their practical application at scale.
Extensive experience with enterprise-level product and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and sophisticated analytics platforms
