About the role
This role is an Entry level position with a main focus on data analysis. It is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data — turning data into insights for decision-makers. Ideal Candidate must have:- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Access
- MS Power Automate knowledge a plus
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to perform extremely detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
- React with sense of urgency to solve problems and look for ways to improve operational inefficiencies Primary responsibilities:- Support Supply Chain and Trade Compliance Data Collection and Mapping
- Assist with Global Supply Chain analysis and identify cost improvement opportunities
- Support trade compliance for inbound/outbound international shipments related to US operations
- Assist buyers with RFQs and conducting cost comparisons, including packaging, price per unit and shipping costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyzing data and market trends to identify the potential for price increases and decreases
- Assist buyers and Purchasing members with daily data management, and documentation as needed
- Manage updates to Purchasing policies, procedures and electronic file management
- Support other data analysis and key projects as needed Education Background:- Supply Chain, Mathematics or Statistics Degree
