The Team:

Infovista is looking to hire a dynamic leader with a passion for technology and innovation to manage, develop and map the future of the Infovista product portfolio. The successful candidate will lead a high performing team and work with top-tier professionals in an international setting, all while enjoying the natural beauty of your surroundings.

As an R&D leader you will be responsible for the Network Testing functions within Infovista, leading a team of 75 professionals across our Skellefteå and Kuala Lumpur R&D sites. With such an influential role within the organisations the position allows the successful candidate to directly add to the company’s success and future investments. As an R&D leader you will partner strongly with the Infovista Product, Sales, Professional Services, Support and R&D teams and play a key role in product development.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the Future: Lead and evolve a legacy of over 30 years in mobile network testing.
• Innovate: Drive the development of cutting-edge products and services for the world’s largest mobile operators and infrastructure vendors.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of managerial or leadership experience within a multinational environment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in guiding and inspiring teams to achieve objectives.
• Managerial Experience: Excellent managerial skills to oversee and optimize operations.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate long term and short-term strategies and ensure that all stakeholders are provided with the information to ensure success.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with international teams, cross functional with internal & external stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate and lead through changes and new developments.
• Time management: Strong skills in own time management to be able to produce results.
• Decision-Making: Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to analyse and act on critical information.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the latest technologies and telecom industry trends as well as customers and competitor insights.
• Software Development: Proven success in leading and managing agile software development projects.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
