Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is building the future in their Imaging Institute by adding several services and locations to their network. We are recruiting a full time Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to join our team located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

 

Job Overview: 

The Department of Radiology seeks a skilled and experienced physician to join as a full-time faculty member of the Division of Nuclear Medicine. This position requires expertise in utilizing advanced imaging technologies and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in molecular imaging and radiotheranostics, encompassing general nuclear medicine, radioisotope therapy, and hybrid imaging with various PET tracers.  

 

Job Duties: 

• Interpreting imaging results, collaborating with referring physicians, and providing accurate and timely reports. 

• Teaching and supervising medical students, residents, and fellows. 

• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and weekend shift coverage. 

• 2 Remote Options:
  • Remote Track 1:
    • 7 days on, 7 days off
  • Remote Track 2:
    • 208 shifts includes 17 weekend shifts

 

Job Qualifications:  

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school 

• ABR or ABNM certification 

• Valid PA and NY state medical license 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
