Salary Range:
$124,300.00 - $205,000.00(Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities and location. Certain level jobs may be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity awards.)

Job Description Summary:
POSITION SUMMARY:Working in partnership with the Relationship Manager, the senior position will be responsible for effectively managing the more complex credit relationships within the existing portfolio. The Senior Portfolio Manager acts as a second point of contact for Homestreets more highly visible commercial clients and manages assigned portfolio by monitoring performance and trends, proactively defining client credit solutions, identifying issues and developing remediation.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Work with the Relationship Manager to develop a relationship plan and credit management strategy for clients.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and management of the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and analyze all types of credit information pertaining to transactions; prepare credit proposals and provide overall support to Relationship Manager in managing commercial portfolio.
- Coordinate annual reviews, renewals, extensions and credit actions for assigned credits.
- Update files with current financial and rent roll information, collateral monitoring, covenant monitoring, tracking delinquencies, industry trends, and watch for developing issues.
- Assure adherence to credit policies, guidelines and consistently operates in compliance with banking laws and regulations, established Bank policies and procedures, audit and security policies. Complies with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Rules, OFAC and FinCen Requirements, and the USA Patriot Act.
- Perform site visits as needed.
- Maintenance and servicing of accounts to include managing credit quality, past due ticklers, covenant testing, etc.
- Cross sell services as appropriate from assigned book of business.
- Actively participates with CommercialBanking support staff to ensure that all documentation is in place, applicable terms and conditions are adhered to and required financial exhibit due dates are monitored, with exhibits received from customers in a timely manner.
- Communicates regularly with Cash Management, Commercial Deposit Services, and/or Retail Branch partners to ensure client deposit accounts are handled in an accurate and timely manner, and any issues are promptly resolved.
- Provides exemplary/professional customer service to, and maintains constructive and positive working relationships with, referral sources, loan applicants, borrowers, depositors, and their representatives.
- Assures customer information and data is kept confidential.
- Coach and mentor other portfolio managers
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
