As an Investor Reporting Analyst, you will manage the ongoing accounting requirements associated with GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, portfolio loans and capital market investments within the commercial/multifamily real estate finance industry. The position will perform routine accounting tasks as a part of maintaining loan compliance standards. 

After one year as our Investor Reporting Analyst, you will know you were successful if you…

• Tracked and remitted required payments per set schedules. 
• Performed routine daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting for GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, portfolio loans, participated loans, and capital market investments. 
• Worked with internal and external parties to research and correct any errors in reconciling or reporting.
• Assisted with audit processes and supported department audit procedures.
• Completed monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Completed draws for loans in the servicing system.
• Sold loans to proper investors within servicing system. 

Requirements

What we are looking for…

• Minimum two years of mortgage servicing, retail banking, or accounts payable experience. 
• CREFC Reporting experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Precision LM mortgage servicing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac reporting requirements and regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with bulk loan purchases and sales is a plus.
• Proficiency using MS Word, and Outlook along with an extensive knowledge in Excel.
• Excellent Math skills with accuracy and strong attention to detail required.
• Strong organizational skills. Able to work under and meet strict time deadlines. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
