Caterpillar’s Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Senior Manager Product Procurement to support our facility located in Mossville, IL. This position will lead the delivery of a lean, responsive and resilient material and service flow for the facilities.

What You Will Do:

• Manages the relationship between procurement and the division/business unit, including representing supply management, being the trusted advisor on the supply markets, and collaboration leader of product and process from the supply side.
• Leading a team responsible for defining or approving product/component collaboration strategies, networking design and governance, negotiating service level agreements, providing leadership for make/buy, NPI, and aligning business planning.
• Leveraging skillset and knowledge within procurement to help the product groups develop optimal and executable value chains.
• Leading and deploying key projects (including NPI execution) to successfully meet product group’s targets.

Degree or equivalent experience desired
