Role Overview

• The Clinical Office Administrator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company by providing administrative support to the management team, field team and clinical staff. In the Remote Patie Monitoring setting, this position will manage daytoday administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, support patient data management, and assist in the development of internal processes.
• The Clinical Office Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining communication
• between the management team, clinical staff, and patients; ensuring a seamless
• workflow thereby enhancing the overall patient and client experience through effective organizational and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Medical Records by Coordinating Information with the Clinical Staff and Field staff to close required items
• Assist the Compliance Officer with Regular Audits of Patient Records
• Generate reports for the Compliance Officer, Clinical Team, and Mgmt.
• Assist to Build and Maintain a Working Office Environment
• Assist with EMR Inquiries and Medical Record Keeping
• Coordinate Between Field, Clinical, and Billing team to ensure timely revenue cycle management
• Assist with Clinical Scheduling to meet required timelines
• Act as the Point Person in the Office for Clinical Phone Calls and Visitors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in product analytics or technical development roles, preferably involving AI or ML.
• Strong foundational understanding of generative AI techniques and tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Ability to synthesize insights from varied product usage data.
• Experience or demonstrated interest in developing or prototyping AI-based applications.
• Strong analytical mindset, clear communication, and ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring and/or Telehealth
• Degrees or Certificates in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Previous Experience in Medical Office
