The group is split into four subgroups: Cash Origination, which focuses on the origination and execution of IPOs, follow-ons, and block trades; Strategic Equity Solutions Group (SESG), which focuses on the origination and execution of convertibles, At-the-Market (ATM) dribble programs, share repurchases, and derivative solutions for secondary sellers; Private Capital Markets (PCM), which focuses on the origination and execution of pre-IPO private capital as well as PIPEs; and ECM Syndicate, which is the execution arm for all public market transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, blocks, and convertibles. In addition to our core advisory responsibilities, the group also is tasked with keeping clients up to date on the equity markets and macroeconomic events.
