What you’ll do

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineer to join our Business Applications in Amsterdam. The Senior ERP Engineer will manage, administer, and support Oracle NetSuite at Mambu.

 

• Hands on administration, configuration, and support of multiple modules within Oracle NetSuite
• Vendor management for both Netsuite and external support services consultants
• Manage ERP technical work intake, backlog, and prioritization
• Planning for system upgrades, troubleshooting, enhancements, and integrations
• Coordination with business stakeholders to ensure business goals and regulatory requirements are consistently met
• Develop and maintain system policies, procedures, and controls related to the ERP tools
• Create processes and metrics to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) tool  administration and management
• Proven hands on experience administering and supporting ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP,  Workday or similar
• 1+ years of experience of direct administration and configuration with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of financial principles and processes including accounting, procurement to pay (P2P), revenue management, billing, and reporting (and how these function with ERP tools)
• Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), ITIL, and DevOps concepts, terminology, & best practices
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and managed services providers
