Your team

You’ll be working in the WMA CRM crew focusing on building applications which are used by financial advisors. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive our organization's success. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment, where you can grow and excel in your role. We are seeking a experienced Technical Lead to join our CRM team. This role involves a blend of functional responsibilities along with technical deliveries.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent
• strong technical skills with proven record of delivering high performing and highly available transaction oriented applications
• ideally 12+ years hands on experience in Java / Spring etc., with proficiency as a Full stack or Back end services or UI
• UI development experience in React / Angular is a plus
• exposure to Messaging and Integration patterns are essential - Kafka / MQ / Camel etc.
• exposure to Financial Services domain, including CRM platform
• experience in Azure / AKS cloud
• experience demonstrating full ownership and handling all stake holders including technical support

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $150000 to $205000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
