Reporting to the Branch Manager, our Production Manager follows all aspects of the service delivery process from measure through installation.  Ensures the timing, communication, and quality at every project point meets or exceeds customer expectation and our standard of excellence. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage local post-sale pipeline beginning with consumer financing and concluding with the installation
• Reviews, understands, and follows branch procedures, serving as a role model to ensure compliance by all teammates.
• Monitor capacity to ensure adequate lead times
• Manage expectations in branch pipeline reports, including local post-sale pipeline beginning with customers finance & concluding with the installation
• Manage customer escalations through to resolution; provide product/services information and resolving emerging challenges
• Liaison with other functions tied to the success of the branch operations to include Shared Services and Customer Experience to anticipate and intercept project bottlenecks, ensure customer communication plan is being followed, and all project deadlines are met.
• Advises customers on financing and needed changes to project scope
• Oversees scheduling of all Window Nation installations
• Responsible for Account Receivable; ensuring we stay within acceptable collection measures set forth by the business
• Manage vendor activities to ensure their compliance with contractual obligations
• Analyzes all legal requirements related to Homeowner Association requirements
• Responsible for daily cash log

Required Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3+ of service industry experience
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with service and installation Management or related field 
• Ability to accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors 
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques 
• Previous work experience recruiting independent contractors 
• High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Expertise in CRMs; Salesforce or MS Dynamics experience a plus
