Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 5pm
Compensation: $19 per hour
Qualifications:
- Previous body shop and administrative experience preferred.
- Valid & insurable driver’s license.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Deep understanding of auto body repairs.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for insurance companies.
- Take photos of vehicle damage and collect customer information.
- Monitors the performance of all body shop metrics.
- Create purchase orders.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Facilitates the timely shipping and receiving of parts and supplies.
- Follow up on parts department orders to ensure parts availability.
- Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop and calls customers as necessary.
- Monitors paper flow to ensure that all documents are accounted for, filled out completely and legibly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.
- Prepares final billing for completed repair orders.
- Controls accounts receivable for body repair work.
