EisnerAmper is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Practice Leader at the Partner level to drive the continued growth and evolution of our national TAS practice. This experienced and dynamic leader will be instrumental in expanding the firm’s presence in the deal advisory space, leading client engagements, mentoring teams, and developing go-to-market strategies.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:  

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for EisnerAmper’s national Transactions Advisory Services practice, driving the development and execution of advisory solutions focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, quality of earnings (QoE), carve-outs, and related deal support ensuring high-quality delivery that meets the evolving operational and strategic needs

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to private equity firms, corporate buyers, and strategic investors throughout the deal lifecycle

  • Originate and lead business development efforts by leveraging an existing network of deal professionals, including PE sponsors, attorneys, investment bankers, and corporate development leaders

  • Drive thought leadership, strategic direction, and operational excellence for the TAS practice in collaboration with the broader advisory and industry teams

  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions to clients

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team of professionals serving advisory clients across the U.S. fostering career growth and succession planning

  • Oversee and ensure the quality and efficiency of client deliverables, maintaining rigorous standards and consistency across engagements

  • Contribute to EisnerAmper’s brand visibility by speaking at industry events, authoring content, and developing market-facing insights

  • Collaboratively support firm leadership in aligning practice growth initiatives and resource strategies with broader firm goals. Enhance client service delivery models and support the creation of professional development programs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant transaction advisory and/or combined TAS/audit experience with significant leadership responsibility from a public accounting or other professional services firm

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related fields

  • Proven record of managing P&L, client delivery, and practice development at the partner level

  • Proven ability to originate and lead significant middle-market deal advisory engagements, with a strong history of developing and sustaining long-term client relationships

  • Advanced knowledge of financial due diligence processes and strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting

  • Experience in building and managing high performing teams 

  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

  • CPA, and other professional certifications, a plus
