In2Care Kirklees is an innovative approach that supports the independent social care sector with recruitment into care jobs. We provide 1-1 assistance and advice to individuals that are interested in care work, helping to find them their perfect job match. In addition, we also support employers with filling their job vacancies which can include advert writing and organising recruitment events and campaigns.
The role is extremely busy and fast paced and you’ll be dealing on a daily basis with members of the public and social care employers. Providing a personal service is our passion so you’ll need to have the customer at the heart of everything you do.
The job also involves use of social media so you should be confident in using channels such as Facebook and Instagram to help advertise vacancies.
Main duties include:
- Creating attractive and vibrant job adverts
- Use of social media to promote and share job information
- Contact with a large volume of potential applicants using Facebook, telephone, text and e-mail to support them in finding a role in care
- Logging details of applicants on a database and keeping this up to date
- Progress checking with both applicants and employers in a timely way
- Signposting and referring individuals to other services as appropriate
- Match potential applicants to suitable employers
