Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Lead, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market data, developing salary structures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with HR and management to support business goals. You will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure that our compensation and benefits packages are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent while promoting employee satisfaction and organizational success.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the HRIS and Finance teams to support the successful integration of compensation and benefits processes within HR/Finance systems and platforms.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze compensation trends and ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonuses, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to evaluate and negotiate benefit plan options and costs.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and compliance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in each country related to compensation and benefits, such as FMLA, FLSA, and ACA.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data to generate insights and recommendations for improving program effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and communications to educate employees about compensation and benefits offerings and changes.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding compensation and benefits with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
  • Provide compensation analysis to the executive team.

Executive Compensation:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of executive compensation programs, including base pay, short- and long-term incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Conduct detailed competitive analysis of executive compensation to ensure alignment with market trends, company goals, and regulatory requirements.

  Board and Executive Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver presentations on compensation recommendations, policies, and executive pay proposals to senior leadership and the board of directors.
  • Present insights and analysis related to compensation trends, pay equity, and alignment with corporate goals, clearly communicating complex data and recommendations to a non-technical audience.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Human Resources
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Reporting to the Sr VP (Human resources) the individual will have In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits programs, and relevant regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, IRS guidelines).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and knowledge of compensation management systems, as well as Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $120,000 to $150
