About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end program delivery across SAP, Advanced Planning, and process consulting workstreams — integrating timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources into a single coherent plan

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for the client, managing executive relationships and ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery milestones

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional leads, planning solution architects, process consultants, change management specialists, and client business teams

  • Drive program governance: steering committee cadences, status reporting, RAID log management, and escalation protocols

  • Manage scope, budget, and resource forecasting; proactively flag deviations and drive corrective actions

  • Lead integrated planning activities including data migration, system integration testing, cutover planning, and hypercare

  • Partner with process consulting leads to ensure business process redesign is tightly coupled with system configuration and user adoption

  • Drive change management and training planning in alignment with go-live readiness milestones

  • Identify and resolve cross-workstream dependencies and conflicts between SAP core (e.g., S/4HANA) and external planning application landscapes

  • Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand scope or deepen the engagement

What You Bring

Required

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years managing complex Transformation programs

  • Hands-on program delivery experience involving Advanced Planning solutions (SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, or similar)

  • Mandatory: Prior experience delivering programs in the semiconductor industry — understanding of fab operations, wafer planning, demand/supply dynamics, and semiconductor supply chain complexity

  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary engagements that span technology implementation and business process consulting

  • Experience managing program budgets of $5M+ and teams of 20+ across client and vendor organizations

  • Strong executive communication skills — able to distill complex program status into clear narratives for C-suite stakeholders

  • Proficiency with enterprise PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent)

Preferred

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification

  • Experience with S/4HANA transformations and integration with external planning tools

  • Familiarity with semiconductor-specific planning challenges: NPI, capacity planning, long lead-time materials, and multi-echelon supply chains

  • Consulting firm background with experience managing client delivery engagements
