Requirements

• Read part numbers from orders and receive voice commands on headsets.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Pick and pull parts from shelf location
• Visually inspect parts picked for accuracy
• Assemble complete orders with accurate parts
• Push carts with products across the warehouse
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe shoes 
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures at all times
• Required to maintain a safe and clean work environment 

• Must be able to understand work instructions clearly 
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally 
• Able to read, write, and distinguish part numbers
• Must be able to hear, push, pull, walk, bend, reach, and lift safely
• Attendance and punctuality are a must
• Ability to work with urgency and efficiently is extremely important
• Report any unsafe work practices or injuries to supervisors

Education

• High School Diploma, preferred

Experience

• Large warehouse distribution experience is a plus
• Picking, packing, material handling & distribution experience is beneficial
• One-year related experience in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment, preferred
