Seasonal Ramp Team Leader - Dublin Airport

Ryanair are currently recruiting Seasonal Ramp Team Leaders to join our Ground Operations Team at Dublin Airport in advance of summer 2024. With our industry leading pay, this is the perfect time to apply.

These roles are Full-Time positions where the successful candidates will be working as part of a large team to ensure that our flights depart on-time. Contracts will be offered as a Permanent Ground Handling Agent with a temporary appointment letter as a Seasonal Team Leader. Please note this a shift based role with shifts based around our busy flight schedule (days, evenings, weekends, nights and public holidays)

Duties will include but not be limited to;

• Coordinate and supervise turnarounds in a punctual and safe manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and Airport Authorities
• Support ad hoc duties such as deicing, baggage hall and liaise with airport stakeholders
• Responsible for maintenance of equipment

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience in an aviation leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Computer literate with excellent verbal and written English skills.

Successful candidates will be required to complete a full 5 year background check in order to obtain a Dublin Airport ID.
