Director, HR Business Partner

The OpportunityWe are looking for a Director, HR Business Partner, to serve as a strategic partner to the Adobe Unified Platform organization. This role will help align business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, engaging our employees, fostering an inclusive culture, and prioritizing the highest impact solutions to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences.
 The Adobe Unified Platform team, a global organization of over 2,000 employees, builds the foundational infrastructure that powers Adobe's products and experiences.

What You’ll Do 

• Strategically partner with and coach senior leadership in the Adobe Unified Platform organization
• Proactively identify and address critical organizational and people needs and remove barriers impeding the success of the business
• Partner with leaders to enable transformative efforts in how they work with AI.
• Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent and strategic hires
• Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale
• Lead Employee Experience for the teams your support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business

What You Need to Succeed 

• 10+ years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience 
• Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization
• Proactive strategic partnership, operational rigor, and speed of execution
• Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment
• Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
• Intellectual curiosity and strong desire to solve complex people problems is a must
