Workday AI Transformation Practice Leader

This role is responsible for shaping how AI is leveraged across our business—including go-to-market strategy, delivery enablement, internal productivity, and client advisory services. This is not a role focused on configuring AI within Workday. Instead, this leader will drive how we integrate AI into our ways of working, leverage the broader ecosystem, and position AI as a core differentiator in how we sell and deliver Workday services. The ideal candidate will combine Workday expertise, consulting leadership, and practical AI application to deliver measurable impact across both client outcomes and internal efficiency.</p> <p>What You’ll Do:</p> <p><strong>Practice Strategy &amp; Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and lead the AI Transformation strategy for the Workday practice</li> <li>Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across sales, delivery, and internal operations</li> <li>Establish a roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities and offerings</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sales &amp; Go-To-Market Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with sales and leadership to position AI in client conversations, proposals, and demos</li> <li>Develop AI-driven offerings and accelerators that enhance our Workday services</li> <li>Support pursuits by translating AI capabilities into clear business value for clients</li> <li>Advise clients on how to leverage AI within the Workday ecosystem and partner landscape, including tools such as:</li> <ul> <li>Workday Sana</li> <li>Paradox</li> <li>HiredScore</li> <li>Evisort</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>AI Capability &amp; Delivery Enablement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and scale AI-enabled delivery capabilities, including:</li> <ul> <li>Automation of repetitive consulting tasks</li> <li>AI-assisted documentation, testing, and analysis</li> <li>Intelligent insights and reporting enhancements</li> </ul> <li>Evaluate and implement tools that enhance delivery efficiency, including:</li> <ul> <li>Flowise</li> <li>Pipedream</li> </ul> &l
