What you’ll do

As a Linux Engineer, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining our Linux VPN applications. Your role is crucial for delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable Golang code. Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Develop and maintain our Linux application using Golang, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Implement unit tests and contribute to a test-driven development (TDD) approach to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to define and implement the application architecture.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Golang development and share knowledge with the team.

 

What you’ll bring

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Golang.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with platform-native networking internals on Linux (Ubuntu or Debian).
• Experience with Rust, C/C++, or Python is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
