In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client care on a daily operational basis. You will ensure that our team meets regulatory and accreditation standards while providing high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with community agencies.

  • Participate in selecting off-site resources for needed services and keep agencies informed about our offerings.

  • Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and monitor quality improvement indicators.

  • Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing and team meetings, acting on reports and recommendations to ensure high-quality service provision.

  • Conduct intakes and provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.

  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring appropriate frequency and intensity of services for clients.

  • Develop programmatic schedules to meet client needs while respecting client rights.

  • Collaborate with outside agencies to provide comprehensive services to clients and their families.

  • Manage program budget and develop quarterly fiscal projections in collaboration with leadership.

  • Provide clinical direction and supervision to team members, conducting evaluations and maintaining training plans.

  • Ensure staff receive necessary training to enhance service quality.

  • Respond to crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed per company policy.

  • Assist leadership in quarterly reports and participate in quality management meetings.

  • Oversee environmental conditions for safety and cleanliness.

  • Other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Executive Team members.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields, with at least four (4) years of professional experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience; AND

  • Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Indiana Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board with four (4) years of professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience; OR

  • Licensed counselor, psychologist, or physician in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.

  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

  • First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of employment.

  • Completion of required training within specified timeframes.

  • Annual maintenance of licenses/certifications to perform counseling duties.
