A DAY IN THE LIFE
While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as our Culinary Administrator –
• Oversee training and retention initiatives in collaboration with the Culinary management team.
• Act as primary point of contact for Culinary team members for all schedule related concerns.
• Manage time-off requests, schedule availability, and special scheduling requests from team members.
• Schedule staff for all dates/events and post schedule by 5pm every Friday.
• Update Declining Balance with event and training labor dollars each day.
• Monitor MyStaff staffing program for missed punches and potential timecard discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Culinary management team on proper staffing levels for operation of F&B for all events.

- Organized individual with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge in previous timekeeping systems, preferred.
- Solid organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; attention to detail, strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks calmly, professionally and with flexibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner.
- Ability to represent oneself and the company in a professional manner.
- Ability to adhere to highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all proprietary business, financial and Team Member matters.
- Ability to be self-directed in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology/programs.
- Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled.
