• You have at least 5-6 years of proven success in demand-generation roles within product-led organizations.

• You are fluent in metrics, fluent in conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and more - you skillfully use data and insights to make informed decisions, experiments, and optimize relentlessly.

• You possess a perfect blend of creative and analytical skills, fuelled by curiosity.

• You’re a team player who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and delights in celebrating victories with your colleagues.

 

Things You’ll Do

• Helping to scale product-qualified leads (PQLs) to fuel our growth engine, optimizing every aspect of the customer journey.

• Become a chat champion, engaging prospects with a mix of automation and personalized messaging that drives results and scales.

• Craft and execute innovative content campaigns that reach the right audience at the right moment, delivering exceptional value.

• Define product-channel fit for new programs, understand how to define success for the program and what's needed to scale it.

• Be able to define, stand up and run experiments to identify new opportunities to generate demand.

The pay ranges for this role are:

US: 138,400 - 207,500 USD

Canada: 138,400 - 207,500 CAD

UK: 71,800 - 107,600 GBP

Ireland: 75,100 - 112,700 EUR

A Candidate's compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded and accounts for experience, competencies (job knowledge, skills and abilities) and internal equity. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means we set pay for all Zapier employees based on their competency and skills demonstrated in their role. In alignment with that philosophy, the upper half of a pay range is typically reserved for individuals who have consistently demonstrated a high level of job knowledge and skills for their current role and level while at Zapier.
