At Kapitus, we're looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that requirements are well-defined, understood, and effectively executed. Your insights and coordination will help drive efficient solutions that enhance our internal operations. This role is hybrid based in one of the Kapitus office locations in either New York, NY, Arlington, VA, or Los Angeles, CA.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring they align with company objectives.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable insights and user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define and prioritize requirements that drive maximum value.
• Work with technology teams to clarify requirements and track development progress, ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to inform product enhancements and operational improvements.
• Continuously assess project scope and priorities, ensuring efficiency and quality in delivery.
• Foster strong relationships between business and technical teams to maintain transparency, alignment, and collaboration.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience at Kapitus or in a similar environment, with knowledge of business processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experiencing writing user stories preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex business needs into written requirements.
• Passionate about optimizing operational processes and enhancing team efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical, high-impact solutions.

Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes:

• Competitive Base Salary Range of $77,200-$123,900 Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law. The applicant’s final salary will depend on a number of factors including the applicant’s geographic location, skills, and experience
