13Responsibilities:
· Manage team through the entire acquisition process, from initial contact to contract execution and content delivery
· Lead commercial negotiations with third-party exchange and content providers. Manage source selection, internal communication, contractual review, and internal processes.
· Negotiate optimal terms considering both creative and commercial aspects with data providers to support internal and commercial (derived and redistribution) use cases
· Maintain relationships between SPDJI and its exchange partners, content providers and other market data and subscription vendors
· Promote best practices globally, including identifying opportunities to optimize and leverage data sources across the organization. Abide by guidelines and standards set by the organization.
· Analyze data rights and communicate risks and/or obligations associated with any current or new vendor agreements related to SPDJI’s custom and branded indices. Ensure adherence to licensing, reporting and regulatory requirements.
· Manage global data rights, review agreements for legal and financial obligations, and inform stakeholders of any nuances and/or vendor restrictions
· Create vendor summaries for high profile/strategic vendor relationships and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all vendor relationships and related contracts
· Update internal systems and conduct gap analysis reviews to highlight potential risk exposure.
· Conduct vendor risk assessments, vendor performance scorecards, and other internal risk mitigation processes
· Assist with any regulatory compliance exercises and vendor audits

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000-$200,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
