What’s the role
As a Maintenance & Eng. Services Coordinator, you will administratively report to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager. You will also be responsible for the following duties below.
Accountabilities:
Order and procure materials and services necessary to conduct routine maintenance tasks
Submit annual standing Purchase Orders to vendors and contractors who provide on-site and shop services
Work with accounts payable (AP) to ensure timely posting of goods and services received
Responsible for monitoring SAP workflows and acting as needed
In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the Warehouse as an Inventory Analysis and other following duties below.
Monitor inventory stock levels and re-order critical spare as needed, (MRP)
Work with the warehouse team in conducting Monthly and Annual Cycle counts
Work with outside shops on equipment repairs and purchases
Review & approve all inventory request (adds, changes, deletes) to ensure alignment with stocking policies and strategies
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
You must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant plant experience working with maintenance teams
High School diploma or equivalent
Comprehensive understanding of Maintenance and Warehousing work processes and industry best practices
Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to lift 40lbs
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading material
The base salary range for this position is $66,000- $98,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.
Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance. Shell also offers other compensation such financial reimbursement for adoption, wellness, education, and personal learning expenses, and some roles are eligible for discretionary long-term incentives.
