Are you a marketeer at heart - an audience expert with a flair for innovation?

Buckle up for a fantastic drive with our New Business team as the go-to-person in the organization for Passion Point projects, with a focus on product and marketing development!

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-end global GTM and communication campaigns towards consumers and shoppers, from briefing to playbook and toolbox development as well as execution (Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid programs)

  • Ensure phenomenal collaboration and alignments with our main global communication partners, including Our LEGO Agency, Regional Brand Leads, and LEGO Branded Channels e.g.

  • Work closely with Regions and Markets to help transitioning the global campaign to a local execution, guiding and helping our collaborators

  • Ensure excellent partnerships with our IP partners through the full communication development process - collaborating closely with the franchise leads and partnerships

  • Lead our LEGO® identity for cross-franchise communication in all channels, ensuring coherence across the full portfolio

The Sr. Marketing Manager is a part of the Passion Points team in LEGO New Business. Look forward to actively leading the development and execution of audience-first GTM in collaboration with the Head of Product and to supporting the team in succeeding every day!

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in consumer products marketing - developing and leading product campaigns and agency management

  • A talent for building an understanding of consumer and shopper needs, as well as an intuitive judgement of how we can connect with culture in an authentic and meaningful way

  • Fantastic presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message - your communication style engages and inspires colleagues and senior management

  • An innovative, open mind as well as learning agility - ready to build bigger thinking through collaboration

  • An effective leader and relationship builder across functions, levels and business units - you build positive relationships and influence big matrix organizations with internal-external agendas

  • Solid business understanding used for driving incremental growth

  • Persistence and resilience - finding excitement in working in flexible and constantly evolving environments
