Consider becoming a valued member of our team as a Maintenance Technician for Ten31 Living Spaces and sister property in Dayton, Ohio.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of two years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
- Comprehensive knowledge and skills in:
- HVAC systems (certification required)
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Carpentry
- Appliance repair
- Apartment turnovers
- Grounds maintenance
- Pool care
- Lighting
- Basic computer or smartphone skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Reliable truck or van.
- Willingness to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position.
What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Utilize your maintenance skills in HVAC, pool maintenance, electric, plumbing, groundskeeping, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.
- Fulfill work orders from apartment residents while maintaining the communities clean and presentable.
- Respond to emergencies during on-call rotations or as situations arise.
Work Schedule: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day. Off on Wednesdays and weekends.
