JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overseeing Interfaith’s Family Homelessness Initiative. This position will monitor and evaluate overall program effectiveness, quality and compliance, and performs related work as required supporting the mission of Interfaith Community Services.

· Oversees activities related to private foundation awards focused on decreasing family homelessness;
· Oversees project budgets and funding source requirements;
· Leads and manages development and implementation of the North County By-Name-List focusing on ending family homelessness;
· Coordinates and facilitates regional case conferencing focusing specifically on families experiencing homelessness;
· Collaborates with diverse stakeholders - including people with lived experience of
homelessness - to plan, execute, and monitor tests of change using human-centered design and continuous quality improvement methodologies;
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
government agencies, service providers, community agencies, and housing
providers;
· Leads efforts to ensure appropriate data collection related to family homelessness, including development of data collection tools;
· Uses qualitative and quantitative data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and
opportunities for improvement and implement evidence-based practices and strategies to enhance service delivery and outcomes;
· Creates or supports the development of data systems and/or data products (i.e.
reports and dashboards) to track and measure project performance, inform
decision-making and assess the impact of system changes;
· Completes all reporting as required by funding sources and/or agency leadership;
· Tracks outcomes and performance, using the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)/Clarity Human Services and Efforts to Outcomes (ETO);
· Develops and implements policies and procedures;
· Identifies opportunities for capacity/capability building across the community and
procures training and resources to fill gaps;
· Leads and performs complex professional-analytical work pertaining to the review and analysis of departmental operations, policies and procedures, which may include ad hoc analyses of various statistical and fiscal data;
· Assists in the preparation of and monitoring of contracts and agreements with outside service providers as needed;
· Assists management in ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, County, and local regulations related to the operation of Interfaith’s programs dedicated towards decreasing family homelessness; and
· Performs additional duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may be responsible for supervising staff.
Requirements
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field required.
· Three (3) or more years of experience working in programs addressing homelessness, data analysis and reporting, or other similar experience, required.
· Any combination of educational and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements.
· Experience with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)/Clarity Human Services and Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) preferred.
Knowledge of Coordinated Entry System preferred.
