Role Overview
The Retail Execution Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution of consumer and retail marketing programs across North America. The role ensures that strategies are translated into consistent, high-quality in-market execution across key retail partners and channels.
This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and category teams, driving alignment, managing delivery, and ensuring execution happens on time, in full, and to standard.
In addition to core execution responsibilities, the role supports Gaming (HyperX) retail execution and contributes to improving product discoverability across search and AI-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Execution
- Lead execution of retail marketing programs across key partners (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Staples)
- Translate strategy into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, in full, and to quality standards
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as central point of contact across marketing, sales, category, and agencies
- Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive clarity and consistency across teams
Retail Channel Delivery
- Execute across retail touchpoints (retail media, e-commerce content, in-store and digital assets)
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation
Gaming (HyperX) Support
- Support execution of retail and e-commerce programs for HyperX
- Align with gaming teams to ensure relevant and accurate execution across channels
Search & AI Discoverability Support
- Support initiatives to improve product visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity AI
- Assist in optimizing retail content and product pages for discoverability
- Partner with SEO and content teams on GEO/LLM-related initiatives
Project & Quality Management
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across initiatives
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards before launch
Performance Support
- Track executional performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Support optimization of future programs
Profile
- Strong execution and project management experience in marketing or retail
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality and consistency
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Success in Role
- Execution delivered on time, in full, and to standard
- Clear alignment across teams with limited friction
- Consistent retail presence across channels
- Effective support of gaming execution
- Improved product discoverability through better retail content
The pay range for this role is $87,150 to $125,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
